For orders before 12:00 on a working day (Mon-Fri), we will hand over the order to the bicycle courier the same day. The package will then be delivered the next day or the day after. Orders placed after 12 noon and on weekends (Sat-Sun) will be dispatched the next working day, with delivery 1-2 days later.

When you spend € 50 or more in our webshop, we will deliver your order to your home for free. For orders of less than €50, we charge the following costs:

​Shipping within the Netherlands ​: € 5.95

​Shipments to Belgium: € 9.95

Items may be returned within 14 days without giving a reason and with a money back guarantee. The condition is that we receive the item clean, unused and undamaged. You must always report a return to us in advance. This can be done by telephone (015-2571803) or by e-mail ( hello@houseofnilay.nl ).

You pay for the shipping costs yourself. Keep your shipping receipt safe!

You can always return/exchange it at our store. The address is New Langendijk 39 in Delft .

After receiving the product you will receive a written confirmation. The amount will be deposited into your account within 10 days.
