Kantha bedspread paisly gray (225-275 cm)
Kantha bedspreads are made of 100% cotton, hand-stamped fabric. The stamping is done with wooden stamps and natural paints. This ancient craft is called block printing .
After stamping and drying, two layers of fabric are strung together by hand. This traditional craft is called kantha and rural women in Rajasthan (a state in India) earn an income from it. Kantha means "patched fabric" in Sanskrit.
With a kantha bedspread you can quickly give your bedroom a makeover. But a bedspread also ensures that the bedroom looks neat and tidy. In the winter months, a bedspread provides just that little bit of extra warmth. And in the summer months you can combine the kantha bedspread with just a sheet.
